Two teen girls were injured when a small airplane was forced to make an emergency landing last week in Hamilton, Texas, authorities said. The aircraft had four passengers, but the pilot and the other passenger were not injured in the accident, police said.
The plane was flying over a small lake when it possibly hit a power line, authorities said, which destabilized the plane. It then reportedly might have clipped a tree as the pilot tried to land the aircraft, causing it to lose a wheel.
