Two boats collided Sunday afternoon on the Bosque River, Texas Parks and Wildlife officials said. One person was taken to the hospital, authorities said.
One boat was heading downstream and the other was heading upstream, officials said, when the accident occurred. Officials believe the two boats turned the same direction to avoid each other, but one of the boats overcompensated. The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
