A bicyclist has been seriously hurt in Waco earlier this week after being struck by a mini-van.
According to reports, an elderly man struck the bicyclist with his vehicle at a busy intersection. The individual struck was a 15 year-old boy from Waco. The young boy was rushed to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. Emergency officials arrived on the scene and assisted the boy before taking him to the hospital. Immediately following the accident, the injuries were life threatening as the boy was rushed for treatment.
The current condition of the victim is not known at this time.
