Ali Gallagher
Ali Gallagher, a former Advanced Nurse Practitioner, received her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986. She began her career at one of the largest health law firms in the country, Wood, Lucksinger and Epstein, before being selected for a post-doctoral Congressional Healthcare Fellowship where she then worked on health care policy in the Office of the Honorable Richard A. Gephardt, a ranking member of the US House of Representatives. She returned to the practice of law which led her to becoming CEO of a publicly traded medical device company. Upon stepping down from that position, Ms. Gallagher was then appointed to serve as an advisor and industry representative on the FDA’s medical device panel. Ms. Gallagher also has a background in psychology and conflict negotiation (ABD in the Educational Psychology PhD program at the University of Texas and as a former Research Candidate at the Houston Galveston Psychoanalytic Institute).
Her practice will focus on personal injury, family law, medical product injuries, consumer class actions, mediation and civil litigation.
